i played as a monk in this game, early levelling was tough as hell... after a while tho my firsts became bruce lee bringer of death and gibbage... missed out on all the weapons but didnt mind. at the end of it my monk had a one hit kill move that when worked could take down bosses with one hit!!!!

plus at level 20 your eyes glowed blue :)

Yeah, I hated just about everything about NWN1. The slot together scenery that made it look like you were on a stage, the fact that you could only have a single party member originally, the stupid, stupid storyline with plot twists that were about as subtle as a brick in the face :p

Not a fan either, much prefered the second. There was little sense of a cohesive world, especially following on from the Baldurs Gate games. All of the areas were mostly the same size and did look like someone with little skill had bundled them together with the editor tools.
 
got hold of a copy of Baldurs Gate 2 + ToB and having some problems with the res. Allegedly, the game supports resolutions over 800x600 but in the BGconfig utility, the only extra res available is 1024x768, all the others are greyed out. Have tried altering the baldur.ini file to Resolution=1280 but when I start the game it only displays about a quarter of the screen in what looks like 320x240 or something. Any ideas?
