I have up on the last boss battle with the two titans and loads of henchmen, I nearly smashed my ps3 controller to smithereens.

Make sure you have the upgrade to allow you to use a special move after 5 hits - you should definitely have it by then. Focus on instant takedowns on the henchmen - no throws, just the limb breaks. Use an instant takedown as soon as you can - don't put in any more hits than you have to before doing it. Keep in mind that the instant takedown is unblockable and you can't be attacked while doing it, but if someone is swinging for you as you finish the move, you may get hit, so always make sure to be ready to leap out of the way as the move ends. In my experience it's best to leave the titans to it, as climbing on their back to rack up hits on the henchmen just isn't worth it when you can score a couple of hits and use a limb break and stop them that way. As soon as you hear a Titan roar, hit the quick batarang and then dodge the charge. Leave them on the corner and keep on nailing the henchmen. Once they're done, take out the titans.

I managed that room first time on hard with no counter warnings, so it is do-able!

I started to play this and then forgot about it for 6 months, think I'll give it a go tonight, will probably start a new campaign as i've forgot the controls and the story line.
 
Just bought this game now for £10 classics xbox 360 cos of this thread revival. Was meaning to look at this a while back, and even though I'm not a Batman fan at all, looks my kinda game. Should arrive tomorrow!
 
i have been messing around with my pvr i got a week or so ago while playing this,really enjoyed playing the game,didnt expect it to be as good as it was.

 
NECROBUMP.

I recently got my hands on this as it seemed to fulfil my criteria of a decent game from reading reviews.

However, holy poo batfriends, is it just me or is this game headache inducing? I'm not playing it in 3D but the constant flahsing going in and out of detective mode was really hurting my eyes :o

I've just got to the 'grounds' section of the game, going to protect the batmobile or something. I'm not sure whether to bother with the Riddler challenges, I had to look up the answer for 'a puzzle has many sides, but some of them are invisible' which was just too cryptic for me to spend more than 10 minutes looking for.

I have high hopes for this... if I can play it, ouch :o
 
I finally managed to complete it in December just before I got the Arkham City.

I never bothered with the Riddler challenges.
