I thought the PhysX in Mirror's Edge was pretty cool but I haven't seen any other games that made good use of it yet.

That physX test demo game was that was like deathmatch where you could shoot boxes everywhere and drive a monster truck was prety good. You could sort of suck up all the boxes and fire them everywhere
