*** Battlefield 1 ***

Eh just loaded it up and started a game, weapon wont fire. Checked bindings and all is ok. Am I doing something stupid.

That said I'm getting around 85fps on a single 1080 at 3440x1440 and that's with everything maxed.

You only get access to the first 2 missions.

Battlelog was great. Don't think that because they have switched away from it you won't get the regular "unable to contact EA online" problems when their servers are playing up or under DDOS.

The ability to see who was playing, who was on which server, be able to look for servers and fiddle with your loadout without running the game and therefore spinning up your GPUs was great. You could also check battlelog from any web browser on any device without having to have the game installed. The battlefield.com site gives some of that, but IMO battlelog was far superior. Just go back to BFBC2 for a minute to see how bad friend and server management was back then...

TBH I don't think the texture resolution is high enough to make it really shine at 4K. Looks great at 2K though.

For me it was just an extra layer of crap I didn't need. I never once felt the need to fiddle with it out of game. If I wanted see who was online I'd be playing anyway.

As always each to their own, wouldn't be fun if we were all the same.
