*** Battlefield 1 ***

Still getting odd performance issues in BF1.

This is the only game I am having an issue. PC is now running the new Creators update and I enabled game mode.

Initially some maps that where problem maps where much better but then others still giving strange issues. (stutter)

The exact issue I was getting before which felt like CPU spikes is no longer there but now its something different.

Could just be server lag I suppose. But I played 4 maps on same server 2 where fine and 2 had this issue.

Only game with strange performance.

Nah I like the current squad system in BF and how it works.

If you could only spawn on squad leader, you wouldn't be able to spawn on them 80% of the time so might as well just allow flag spawns only.
 
Had some dire teams yesterday, the usual entire team fighting over C in Amien when you could just stroll over the bridge and take B. To everyone trying to keep the fort since 90% of the team were snipers in fortress or whatever its called. We got bent over on that one 260 ish to 1000.

What a difference just having 1 squad that works togther on caps can make to the score of the game. I've been in games where we were being beat and finally the squad i was in actually talked over voice and all worked as a team and we won.
 
I just don't get this game, played a couple of games earlier on with waylander, no fps drops at all then come back for a hour or so of games there and fps drop galore.....

What do these 2 yellow server icons on the right mean?

Top icon means latency variation and bottom one means low FPS.

I came back to this game after a hiatus to find it's unplayable for me now. I used to be able to run medium settings across the board but after the Creator's Update I can barely run a 24vs24 match on low. The Fall update has helped a little but it's still awful.

I think it's the same for all of us who have this problem. Some sessions have virtually flawless performance and others are a stuttering mess on exactly the same maps. Game mode, game bar etc. don't seem to make any significant difference.
 
Well at least it's nice to know that I'm not the only one facing these issues!

DICE have got to be the most frustrating game developer company there is, they just can't seem to improve upon their previous work and instead some how always end up back to square 1.

Priority is to ensure all guns are nerfed so they're evenly matched, the same and pointless :p

Again, where's my 2nd gas grenade damnit?!

Will be with you soon, got internet, first room I'm decorating is games room....went down like a ton of bricks with the wife LMAO. Just gloss to go and carpet being fitted week today. Woo woo. Got premium as well boyz
