*** Battlefield 1 ***

Has anyone had a bug regarding losing all of your unlocks? I logged in yesterday for a few quick games and quickly realised all my weapons that I have unlocked are on 0%?

In customise soldier? It's a known issue, your progress/unlocks in a match shouldn't be affected though.

I personally would like to see a BF during the Napolionic wars.

Where you have available muskets, that are basically terrible, slow rate of fire and very inaccurate - would would then put more of emphasis on close combat, calvary engagements and use of artillery.

Think it would make a really interesting change to most other battlefield games and make it focus a little more on strategy rather than point and click skills. Maybe suit someone more that is past their gaming prime, shall we say :)

I like BF1 because the weapons are more basic than the modern ones, but I feel even in that game some of them are a little over the top for the period, most soldiers would just be armed with basic pattern rifles.

I can't see many people enjoying the 5 minute reload to put gunpowder in the musket then a metal ball before firing and hitting nothing.

The South Essex Regiment could shoot 4 shots per minute using the bite, pour, spit, tap & fire method.

The French could only manage 3, so already it's imbalanced and OP.

Isnt that game Holdfast almost exactly that?

But who had the largest first shot spread multiplier and visual recoil?
