The actual voice is a placeholder but the objectives (Apple, Butter etc.) are supposedly going to stay, the military phonetic alphabet as we know it (Alpha, Bravo etc.) wasn't invented until after WW1.

Did not know that. She does actually say "Charlie" in the videos though.
That's because charlie never changed when it became the NATIO standard.

nice. Really hope they get some sort of stiff upper lipped sounding Colonel type for when playing Allies, and something authentically German when playing Axis, that would be great.

Has it been confirmed that DLC's will be behind a paywall? I'm sure I saw something about micro transactions and I still haven't seen premium advertised.
I really really hope they learn from their mistakes and make all new maps free for everyone. It's 2016, there are better ways to monitize games these days (as evidenced by overwatch).

Pretty sure I am going to be going back to my roots of mostly infantry play again, not overly keen on a lot of the vehicle mechanics
Infy play is certainly going to be quite different by the sounds of it too, sounds like the day of tap/burst fire are gone :/

From previous DICE games, I'm half expecting the last DLC pack to be "the aliens have landed" bringing laser weapons and UFOs to the WW1 fight
Actually, thinking about it, given the destructibility, and the size of the shell craters, I wonder if we'll be able to uncover dinosaur skeletons if we "dig" far enough.

Reminds me of bf1943 (ps version) so much fun... I come from BF2 days, where the jet had rockets and primary fire, chopper had TV m and 50cal .... The new Battlefields direction of all these unlocks were simply the worst thing to have ever been brought it!
Looking at this video, hoping there aren't any unlocks.... Will 100% look forward to flying again.
