I despair at this guys videos sometimes. He's done some really excellent ones on hit boxes, head glitching, server lag and locations, but this is a classic example of him throwing his toys out of the pram for a design decision which isn't the end of the world.
He clearly demonstrates that there *is* a way to find out if a medic is carrying health or support is carrying ammo. (Use the Q Luke..)
And as far as the revive is concerned, you don't need one until you need one, and the game then does you a favor by telling you whether it might be worth holding out for a revive by telling you where the nearest medics are who have the syringe.
Medics and support have been able to chose selfish troll loadouts for several generations of BF. Nothing new there. It's like the engineer who doesn't carry a repair tool in BF4.
