I thought it was 1942 with better graphics? Looks like i will be buying it for my Xbox 360 then.
If you played this on the consoles you would realise you are missing nothing.
It was simply a console version to earn them a few quick easy bucks.
Does anyone use EA Download Manager to download games? If you do, is it any good?
I am dissapointed as I never played 1942, only bf2 gutted.
I do, when I have to. It is ok but I would much prefer to use Steam. The good thing is that once tha games are downloaded, you can run them seperately from the .exe.
I preordered with the cokezone voucher, got them to give me vietnam instead
1942 is a brilliant game, everyone who likes Battlefield should dabble in it.
Just had a lovely chat with a EA sales person, and i've been told that if i buy a game over the sum of 10 GBP i can chat with them again and they will refund me the 10 GBP!
Now... Crysis 2 or BF3?!

1) You can get 10% off if you add game to the basket and exit it (a pop-up will come up asking you why you're leaving etc)
2) You can use this voucher code - i7hbwpway - to get 25% off your order (although the games must not be on pre-order)
For example Battlefield Bad Company 2 Digital Deluxe Edition normally cost £29.99, you could add it to the basket as digital download, click on the EA Store logo to go back to the main page, back to basket, add in the voucher code.
Works out at £20.24, with your £10 discount it would only cost £10.24. Talk about bargains.
BF3 is inevitably going to last longer than Crysis 2.
Steam has it for £19.99.
That is true.
With the 10% discount + £10 off, it would come to about £26... Hmmm
