Battlefield 1943 has been....

I could have got a free tenner if I wasn't so stupid!:

Me Hi could I request a refund for a pre order: number 7232671020. The game in question is no longer in development.

Sarah: Ok, got it

Sarah: Give me few moments while I issue the refund

Sarah: Ok, I have cancelled the order and you will receive the credit in your account within 5-6 business days

Me: Yes, I used a voucher for this order so will the credit be in the form of a voucher or in currency?

Sarah: Ok, in that case I have to provide you the voucher

Sarah: Please provide me your email address

Me: That's a shame. If I didn't mention that I would have got some free money. (my email)

Sarah: Shame?

Me: Well my account would have been credited with £9.99 of money that never came from me in the first place. But never mind, a £10 voucher will suffice. Thanks.

Sarah: Alright, here is the $15 coupon code - notsofast.

Sarah: Is there anything else I may assist you with, today?

Wondered WTF had happened to this game as I ordered it over a year ago.
What's the process for getting a refund (I spent a voucher on it but would be good to get at least something back)?
 
OK for anyone else asking the same question I just got a refund:

-Went to http://support.ea.com/app/chat/livechat_landing
-Waited about 15mins in line
-Talked to "Sam" who dazzled me with his/her English skills:

Sam: Which payment method you have chosed ?
Sam: Which country you belongs too ?


-Got transferred to someone else who asked some questions about the voucher, I just said I couldn't remember what it was as it was over a year ago and the order email just says "Discount"
-He said they couldn't issue £10 vouchers so I could have a £10 refund if I bought a game and provided an order number
-I dug out another order I did during a sale a while back for Medal of Honor / Mass Effect 2 / C&C4, cost me £19.97
-He issued a £10 refund to my card (allegedly - will confirm if/when it goes through).

So worth having a bash guys if you've bought anything (or are considering) off EA Store, like many others I never actually paid for BF1943 in the first place, I used a coke zone voucher back when there was no min spend so you could get anything costing under a tenner for free. So basically they've just given me £10 for free \o/

Thanks for the sensible response. I actually walked off and thought that was it, after Manfaces idiotic response to the question I posed; how we get a refund.
Just found my order confirmation email, so will endeavour for my refund later on today.

i love 1942, on singleplayer turn the bots up to 400% and then drive a jeep to where the enemys are spawning, make sure the jeep is full of explosives then blow the crap out of them :)

Also i reckon they dont want to release this on pc because it would feel consolised so dice would rather not release it than get loads of comments going ARGGHHH console rubbish
