Game is still very buggy.

Either Battlelog playing up, crashing on joining, randomly disconnecting at end of round, loading up and finding a black screen.

If I order from origin right now, will I be able to play the beta until release? I don't really fancy using a Korean VPN and I'm sure the beta will keep me occupied. I did read through some pages but there's a lot of various discussions

Change your windows internet proxy to korea, start bf3, unlocks, change back to uk and have low ping. sorted.

You don't need any shady software to activate the game with a foreign VPN, you can just enter the IP address into windows. You don't need it on constantly either, just to unlock the game.

Got the missile upgrade for the aa vehicles, quite fun indeed, sat on a hill on Caspian harassing jets all last round. Im suprised Jets can manage to get off 2 sets of flares sometimes, missiles themselves seem a bit slow along with the lock on taking a bit too long.

1 Jet tried to pluogh right into me, hit my tunguska, sent it backwards, his jet explodes and i get the kill

I'm loving multiplayer. It's not perfect but better than I hoped it would be. This is going to eat up a lot of my spare time!

Only annoyances are the usual battlefield ones, people driving off without passengers and not giving ammo etc. It's also running great on ultra at 1080p.

I deserve an oscar for making my gf think I'd rather be sat here watching tv than playing a silly game, but inside I'm jumping up and down like a kid on christmas eve. Just another couple of hours!

Looks like GMG is the best place to get this (10 quid cheaper than Origin but without the " Beret and Gun"). Is that right?

lol you prang heads, one of the EA guys on the forums confirmed 2 days ago that it was extremely unlikely anyone would get banned for unlocking via a proxy/vpn.
