Hey guys, 247 will be hosting a mixed team friendly private match tonight for ANY of you who want to play :)

Dependant on numbers but we can play any map or mode although I imagine the focus will be on Conquest or Rush.

Put your name down on THIS THREAD so I can get an idea of numbers.

Hit them in the rear. If a tank is fitted out with reactive armor, it will take quite a few hits on the front and survive. Ive put 7 rpg rounds into a reactive armor fitted tank and no joy. Ideally you need several engineers with rpg/javelin to co ordinate attacks on tanks. And also keep an eye out for engineers who will be popping out to repair the vehicle. C4 is a good way to take out vehicles, but it's not easy getting in close to them.

Is there a visible difference in the tank camo/appearance when Reactive armour is used?

^^^^ see those blocks on the side of the tank. That is your reactive armour...I refuse to spell armour the yank way!!!!

Essentially Reactive is the most important perk you can have on a tank. Bad news is that a LAV will be able to shoot through the reactive.
 
Anyone getting a really annoying stutter when running/walking, move so far and it judders and drags the player backwards a little? Even worse when shooting/being shot at. Every round ive played this evening on different servers has been like this. No fps drops when this happens, and aside from one round earlier where ping hit 220, it's mostly been in the 50-60 range.
 
setter, u have so many issues with lag and stuttery gameplay and spend so much time on BF3 I'm surprised ur not trying to move house to get away from your terrible ISP :eek:

Lol, i know mate. It can be rather frustrating. Past few weeks the game has been running flawlessly. Just today im getting this weird stuttering. Tried various drivers to ensure it wasnt them. Same issue no matter what ones ive used. Hopefully just something on ea's end, as i think tuesday is a server maintenance day with them or something. Also there was some kind of update rolled out today for bf3/battlelog.
