Been using the G36C with heavy barrel and the holo scope since i unlocked it! on about the 14 service star for it :eek: I did use to have a silencer on it but when they did an update it made it worse :(

Does anyone else get annoyed with the "No rockets on infantry" servers? If they have that rule shouldnt they have no C4 on infrantry? Does my nut in :(

I played on a server the other day which limited your rocket kills. You were allowed a maximum of ten kills with an RPG/SMAW before being booted. Unfortuantely, it wasn't that well thought through, as I blew up a tank with a SMAW and got an admin mesage telling me that it counted :/

Im not sure what I think of rules like that really. On the one hand, its good. Weapons like that aren't designed for use against infantry and it gets tiresome when people constantly spam them to get easy kills. On the other hand, there do come times when you use them out of neccessity. Theres been occasions where Ive had the RPG out to take on a tank and a soldier has appeared close by, so the first thing you do is point and shoot :D
 
akk2p , that guy who had the racism rant for two rounds made me lol. Nobody said anything he just started up and had a go :D
 
So does anyone want a game? I could do with a couple of players joining to get the game started. ;)

Anybody getting increased random crashes since the patch?

I'm getting crashes randomly, some after 5 mins of MP, some after 1hr+. Game just freezes, can't see any consistency in the crashes and no error messages (i.e. it's not the DirectX error). Checked temps, mem usage etc and all seems OK.

Seems to be triggered by events when playing such as dropping down an ammo pack, getting killed, jumping....could be anything.

Any ideas? Cheers.

Same here - I thought it was my video card overclock so I reset to standard and had no crashes. Then last night had a random crash. I can ctrl+alt+del to task manager without issue.
 
UKCS was ugh last night... constant whining and smacktalking from certain members in this thread. Don't know why they take it so seriously, can't be healthy. One guy in particular was crying every time he got killed, always something wrong with the game, even whined when - God forbid - an AA vehicle destroyed something that was in the air.

I didn't really notice it last night, but the night before was bad, some guy called "Kvorning" was moaning that I had a crap internet connection because I was warping and knifing him ? what a moaner. :confused:
 
Anyone got any suggestions for how i can spread the word and increase the popularity of a new 32 rush server i just setup other than spam the info in this thread every now and again?

Maybe i should add a better name, maybe add OCUK in the name or something. Suggestions welcome gents.

Just bugged me that apparently you aren't meant to shoot and kill people in BF3 anymore?

Are you getting hardlocks where the picture stops, pc stops, and the sound keeps looping?

Im not sure about the heavy barrel. I tend to find it makes the guns more inaccurate.

Also my third perk I leave blank, both the laser and the tactical light, give your position away.

I'v been suprising people recently becuase I remian hidden when they are expecting to see a light shining.

So in other words I find totally useless: heavey barrel, laser sight and tactical light.

Am I wrong?
