no they just dont use it .
most of these hacks are part of a multihack or whatever they have options to turn on or off. paid private hacks are 99 percent not caught or very rarely caught. depending on the volume of the hack then its even harder to catch.
a lot of pros who use them or smaller groups in clans will have one off hacks which basically never get caught.
catching hacks wont get any better unless the people who make the games like EA and activision either do it themselves or plough money into third party groups like pbbans and so on. that wont happen though and groups like ggc pbbans will probably be gone in next few years at best.
a lot of newer fps games are actually putting in chams and red boxes and so on and making it so you can see players all the times this renders people cheating a lot of the time pointless as everyone has it anyway

Its like the drug business, its in competition to the legal pharmacy industry. The EA or Activision response might be to make the hacks legal anyway with motion sensors, etc
The best remedy is good admin and regular players. Also if you have 1st person view and they flicking about like the gun is magnetised to peoples heads its kinda obvious.
That would be one of my complaints about the OCUK CS server, it wont let you view the opposite team, a pub server is going to have hacks. Its a massive industry, to some people cheats are how you become a winner lol

ive done worse on these forums with ps and one of the pics i even used on here numerous times
i use high for everything and x2 msaa with your card if you use 1920x1080
turn post aa off and motion blur off
