I take it your talking about my first post. I said Battlefield 1943, confirmed LOOKS crap, becuase to me it does.
As for BF3 being focused on the consoles I would expect that Bad Company would fill that roll, thats the cross platform one so i would hope BF3 will be pure battlefield.
And I never said Bad Company looks crap, I played the first one on the console and it suffered from lack of proper battlefield multiplayer, as long as Bad Company 2 isnt bogged down by console interface and other limitations it should be okay, but we all know it will be.

You say BF3 will be crap when its not out yet, but wonder why other people say 1943 and BC will be crap as there not out yet ?

No need mate BF2 IO takes care of All my needs when it comes to the FPS Battlefield.
I have the odd go on other games but within a round or two I am thinking ****, I could be playing BF2 so exit the game & go play BF2 IO.
BF2 IO is my online gaming Heaven.
I am pretty new to the game and loving it as well. I would like them to address some of the vehicle balance, as it does seem like the jets kinda rule the roost. I am not talking about nerfing them more as giving some more defensive options. And I am NOT a vehicle hater, i really enjoy vehicle servers

All kinds of win! bf2 is so good, i hope 3 is given justice and lives up to and improves on bf2 insted of just better graphics.
Agreed with a few of you there, Ea know there's a good profit to be made from remaking bf2 directly in to bf3.
There allready targeting other markets with bad company on the prem circuit, 1943 on the short and sweet, and hero's for the quirk. Bf3 is a nailed on cert to be everything the audience demands, anything less and they won't be able to milk it time over beyond the original sale.
