Battlefield 4 NOOB tips

Loadout is the equipment you choose before you deploy. Back capping is getting past the enemy and capping flags in reverse. Take lockers team gets base raped you sneak round the outside and cap the furthest flag your team spawn bombs the last flag and then profit :).

As long as your pc can play the game smoothly it won't factor into killing ability. The only hardware thing that can is a high refresh monitor but your gpu won't be powerful enough for it so you'd have to spend a fair whack.

As long as your running at a decent framerate (30+ I think most people would consider) you should be fine. Many more would consider at least 60 for optimal, but you don't need to worry about that too much yet.

Loadout means the equipment you start with - your primary and secondary weapon, any accessories etc etc. Find something you're happy and stick with it if you want but don't be afraid to experiment.

Grip I believe means literally the grip that attaches to the front of the gun. It makes it far easier to control, especially when using a rapid fire heavy weapon like the LMG.

And as people have already said, spot whenver you can. Even if you are about to kill (or die to) someone, spot them first.

Brilliant. Much appreciated.

It's never really occurred to me that adding a grip to a gun could make it more effective. In my video game history a gun is a gun!

I struggled badly when I started playing too, but it gets much more enjoyable once you learn some maps and stop being cannon fodder.

What i did learn eventually though was that the first carbine you have available is a great beginners gun, for any class. At least until you get to grips with everything else that's going on.

Is there any way I can make soldiers stand out a bit more? The biggest problem I have is just seeing soldiers which can sometimes be right in front of me...I don't want to cheat but I would like it if the soldiers stood out a bit more, not had this issue before in a fps and I was fine in bf3.

Just found out I had loads and loads of unused upgrades for all kinds of vehicles.

Didn't realise you could customise vehicles in Loadout.
