Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

Who the hell at DICE thought the pulsing blur effect would ever be a good idea? The game needs less silly effects rather than more.

They've now confirmed it works "as designed" and will be removed in the next patch, whenever that will be.

that got me as it started on the edge of my screen then hit straight in the middle and i couldn't see a sodding thing.

not sure but it feels like the screen shakes/vibrates more when explosions are close ?

DICE have confirmed that it only happens when "the Commander in the other team uses EMP."

I'm not sure that's entirely true as many people have reported it even when there are no commanders in game.

They really need to get their priorities right and sort out the game-breaking sound issues on Lancang and Golmud instead.

are you running it at 32 or 64bit, run it at 64 if you have that

64bit

its been fine all day just had loads of "leaving level" crashes, it's like I lose connection, everyone starts running on the spot and then I get the inevitable "leaving level" on battlelog. I sigh, drink an alcohol free beer, then find another 1000 ticket locker to take my anger out on :D

we can all do this. but when I had red screen crashes , I switched from 32 loader to 64 and back. its an option pal - don't rule it out - no need to be clever
