Just watched this again. I must admit I do like it

But that is only what was assumed. Even when they were fighting man to man it seemed like the humans started it every time. What was especially telling (other than the green to red when we decided to pick a fight) was the bit where the Alien allowed the scientist to leave with the case... I also question why the Alien on the ship did some telepathy and showed what looked like their home world being attacked... Or was that supposed to be him warning the Lieutenant that they would be invading...?

Don't forget the Aliens ambushed the police when they were driving up the mountain.
