BBC Criminality: Questions from the Licence Payer‏

I prefer the BBC who provide me with great radio, TV and web content to a bunch of knuckle dragging simpletons who provide nothing more than the occasional laugh (at their expense) and a sense of shame that our education system and society still produce these racist throwbacks.

i thought it was quite interesting reading. i couldn't see any mention of the old bloke who actually confessed whilst recording a show, to killing a man?

That was the BBC reporter who killed his partner, right? IIRC his partner was suffering from long-term debilitating illness and asked teh BBC guy to help him die. Smothered him with a pillow, I believe.

Bore off OP. I for one really enjoy BBC programming and the service it provides.

It's simple probability that such a large company will have employees that will commit crimes. Going by your flawed logic schools are evil institutions too because Ian Huntley and various others employed by a school have committed crimes. Lets ban schools!

I don't think the BBC wont last another 10-15 years. It's branding will probably last in some way though, what's left of it.

2. The BBC and illegal drugs

BBC Radio One DJ Grooverider, real name Raymond Bingham
Jailed for four years in Dubai after smuggling drugs into the United Arab Emirates in February 2008.

You do realise this was only 2.16 grams of cannabis? Not exactly "smuggling"

ZZzzzzzzzzzzz

@OP : And your point is?

A lot of large organisations and companies will be employing the odd convicted criminal who has repaid their debt to society.
