BBQ for 40 people

I called my local butchers and had him make up a pack for me when I hosted.

25 adults, some kids:

Steak burgers
Mixed sausages (beef, pork and garlic, pork, cumberland)
Marinated pork ribs
Marinated chicken breast
Chicken kebabs

He also threw in some kofta kebabs that were delicious.

Think I spent £100 with him and it fed everyone and we had stuff left over too.

I did a BBQ for 40 people, the thing that a lot of people enjoyed the most was chicken breast sliced into strips, and multiple marinades used. There was something for everyone, from super cool to melt your face off spicy.

This is the best way to go about this, my local butchers does a fantastic bbq package and the food is just unreal compared to what I could prepare myself.

Let's get it on

Nice to see you're helping keep my share price up with your choice of shopping establishment Maccapacca :p

Hope you guys have a good time and enjoy the bbq :)

It's tomorrow my son is being baptized, have just made a shed load of coleslaw tasty will put the brisket in the oven tonight and the pork on the bbq first thing then add the brisket to finish off

Two minds on the pork, slow cook it for pulled pork or a 3 hr cook for nice pork or cut it in half and do 50\50

Pulled any kind of meat is the most pro way to go :) It's a very easy decision in my opinion...

We're having a BBQ on the rig today. Total of about 100 people. I watched the catering crew lighting it earlier, oilfield style, with an Oxy-Acetylene torch :D
