Be* being slow!

I’ve just tried those under the IPv4 settings in Vista, but they don’t seem to solve the problem loading certain sites, is there a way to change the DNS settings in the Be Speedtouch box?

Go to the speedtouch page http://192.168.1.254

click speedtouch, click configuration, click setup.

Click next and next till you get to the DNS settings, put in the 2 opendns servers then click next till you get to the end and finish :)

i may, or may not, work for said ISP

Hi , I’m on the MYPUD exchange and can say everything is working perfectly now :D The main Bethere.co.uk site opens up as do the others that were timing out.

Is the DNS servers causing this issue?

i cant really comment on the issue mate, but it does look like there may be one. there was a few murmours in the evening about people around manchester having issues.

Pudsey seems a strange one, as they're not aggregated at the same point.

I'll have a further look in to it :)

btw, what DNS servers are you using, .51, .52, .66 or .67 ? :)

How can I check the DNS server I am currently using? I tried the nslookup but this only brings my IP address and ipconfig dosent show it
