Bear Grylls

Bear Grylls tries to make everything sound so extreme plus he wasnt special forces.

"He served, part-time, for 3 years in 21 SAS, a reserve regiment of the Territorial Army referred to as the "SAS(R)" or "Artists Rifles"

Read the quiet soldier by adam ballinger then you'll change your opinion on that

That very much seems a case of pot calling the kettle black because most people also seem to think Ryan talks ****

Considering Ryan's banned from camp because he spouts his mouth off I would have to agree that it is pot calling the kettle black.

bear gryils is rate entertaining! see what people mean about him going over the top tho at times!

But come on "this is one of the worlds most venomous snakes!" *runs up, grabs it by its head, then chops its head off n starts eating it raw!*

Na to me, thats ******* entertainment right there!

lol thats what I thought when I read it. But tbh I do like watching both Bear Grylls and Chris Ryan(although I've only see on of his shows years ago about him being hunted down)

Bear Grylls is entertaining, of course he's always safe and fabricates the dangerous stuff but its still fun to watch. I'm not a fan of Ray Mears, as the very few shows i've seen of him he has everything but the kitchen sink on him.

Theres another guy on discovery I think, never watched it tho, but the adverts show him by himself as in he has a camera and thats it no crew following him round, doing survival stuff. Might be worth checking out *shrugs*

What do you mean by SAS camp? do they have a camping holiday or something?
He's not welcome at the SAS regiment headquarters in Hereford I think it is because he talks about his time in the SAS which is a big no for those in the SAS.

Edit: I've not heard or read anything to say that what Chris Ryan has said about his service was a load of crap.
