Bear would leave you to die if you couldn't keep up.

Ray would make you a hammock, a roaring fire and some tasty tree sap drink while he made a signal fire for the rescuers to find you.

They'd both get you out of trouble but youd be far comfier with Ray. if you couldnt keep up Bear would kill and eat you then skin you and make a toboggan out of your hide.
