Those are some weird OHP sets Do you just get stuck on rep 7 on the first set? Reading it though I presume you're going for strength currently?
BORs: you really need to play with different angles, find one that activates everything. Narrower grip, wider grip, more bent over, less bent over, pulling from the elbows, pulling more towards your chest or more back towards the stomach, really pinching your back at the top etc.
If your grip is actually failing, gets some straps, although to be honest all this is helping your grip anyway. That said, doing the farmers walks probably knackers your grip?
