Those are some weird OHP sets :p Do you just get stuck on rep 7 on the first set? Reading it though I presume you're going for strength currently?

BORs: you really need to play with different angles, find one that activates everything. Narrower grip, wider grip, more bent over, less bent over, pulling from the elbows, pulling more towards your chest or more back towards the stomach, really pinching your back at the top etc.

If your grip is actually failing, gets some straps, although to be honest all this is helping your grip anyway. That said, doing the farmers walks probably knackers your grip? :p
 
Something isn't right, I mean I'm not the best fan of them but I was a stubborn bugger and tried to make them work :p

Try cable rows or single arm cable rows, see how they go?
 
Just out of curiosity, why is your mobility so bad? You are at uni do that makes you quite young.

Also K Star seems to recommend doing short bouts of mobilty work on a day basis from his book (at least what I think I read...)
