Are there actually though? Anecdotally, I sold over 20 items in the last couple of years, mostly low value (<£100) but a few over £500. Haven't had a single issue so far.So many scammers on eBay
I don't sell on there at all and only really buy low value items for this exact reason.
All you can do is report him for fraud. Don't expect the cops to be too interested though, they have people saying naughty things on twitter to deal with.
