Why change the brakes? A C180 is a very slow car. It's stock braking setup is more than sufficient for the performance on offer. Why are you going to spend a grand or more changing the brakes?

Who is going to insure you on this heavily modified car?

No it isn't - as new, you could not order a 1995 C180 with C36 brakes, C36 body styling, C36 suspension nor 'AMG steering'.

No it isn't. Merc don't do a 'sports set' for a 95 C180. They didnt when it was new and they certainly dont do it 12 years later.

Why not just replace it with a genuine C36?

its a 98! and sits a amg sports kit!!! its idenacall (sorry about the spelling chaps) to a amg one but with a diff engine
o and a genuine C36 costs a lot more then 4k up sports kit and then the 8k car so

There was no package available which added the same steering, brakes, suspension and bodykit as a C36 AMG for the C180 from new.

yes there was it was called the c36 amg you... know what your talking about be4 you say

when you bye a merc you pay for the stock one then for the engine wheels ect with things like amg kits and wheels trim ect then add up the cost for the hole thing

The C36 AMG was not a 'pack' for the C180. It was a model in its own right. Also the C36 got binned at the beginning of 98 anyway, it was replaced by the C43.

omfg!! i know what i am on about its not a pack you have a 27k for the stock basic c class than you add the engine eg 5k for a 4.3 then trim!!! omfg it will be the SAME as a amg!!! so how is it not one!
