Bees

You need to identify the type of bee. I’m a bee keeper and I wouldn’t want honey bees in the wall. But given the size of the holes that is unlikely. Bumblebee only nest annually so I’d leave them be then add a bit of external mesh during the winter to stop a repeat. For other solitary bees identify the species and look them up. In all likelihood you can ignore.

Exactly. So why not let them make a home?

Oh lol - how awfully cryptic of you in your initial response.

I happen to agree with you however, bees no matter how lovely are dangerous to those who may suffer with allergens etc

Discouragement means the bees go and a find a new place to live and the owner lives sting free. In an ideal world of course lol.

Haha sorry, it wasn't meant to be!

Thought you were taking the mick, but went against my better judgement and Googled them :p
Yup, I worked in Environmental Health for a number of years and masonry bees are not uncommon. Sadly they can actually do substantial damage if left unchecked as they will eat through mortar. They are often found in poorly maintained or crumbling mortar, or anywhere that they can get in between the bricks.
