1.45 in bios temps are in the 90s not something I'd wanna run 24/7 On aio

In bios temps that are already in the 90's mean that saying your cpu can do 5.4Ghz is actually fairly meaningless then really. I'm fairly sure that that my 2700x would happily boot at 4.5Ghz if i was to set vcore at 1.47v/1.49v........................i could never run any benchies at that though, as indeed you can't either. Not really worth mentioning 5.4Ghz then was it. Put it under a single stage or LN2 and that may well become a different ball game though.

I think he meant 1.45v in the bios.
