Bentley Brooklands

Id love one too :D cant afford one though. sheer luxury and power.

Some of the older 80's Bentley's are bargains now. All mod cons and a bentley, for the price of a new mondeo.

The beauty of the Bentley is that it can be either. Something like, say, a Rolls Royce Phantom, looks alien without a chauffeur.

There was an excellent write-up of a tour of Bentley's plant posted on here a few days ago, I'll dig out the link.

I agree. Bentleys to me are 4 doors.

They just look wrong as coupes and softtops.

What do they handle like though - I presume it weighs in excess of two tonnes.

(and the figures in the post below mine are less impressive when you factor in said weight :))

I guess it has a certain presence about it. Styling straight from the Enzo "aerodynamics are for people who can't build engines" school of though. My money would be on a nice 599 GTB, but I guess you've been there already.
