That's all good advice Joshy cheers, the warranty i will attempt to sort out when i go to see them where its in for the service next week.

I know about the battery as my partner has one, although his is older ... smirk ;)

Got to get a decent plate now, and a Range Rover on the cheap :)

That car looks excellent, and I'm sure it drives brilliantly. Why were the wheels not alligned in the first place? You did buy it for £50k afterall.

At that price it was sold as seen pretty much.

It does have perfect service history, but i like to start off on the right foot with a car, so a big service and alignment check makes me feel better.

Sweet.

Surprised that they're taking on Bentley work TBH. There is an apprentice that I train with is from there, and he says that they very rarely take on Bentley work, especially when they are busy on the Lambos (Which he claims they are now).

If it ever comes my way let me know. I'll get the valeter's to do an extra good job on it :D.

Top man, cheers :)

You can have a go in the car park, im not a driver snob.

What i cant do is go balistic on the road, i cant be getting nicked again :)

I want a set of those lower mesh grills but i cant find any.

The "Chrome" ones? I'm a million percent sure our parts department will be able to help you out, but I do remember the price being lol worthy.

Sod that iv seen them for about 4 or 5 hundred quid, the ones that match the main grill.

But now i cant find the bloody site that sells them.

Cant stand sheepskin over rugs.

As for chaving it, well to each their own, im not trying to make it look like anything, i just like the mesh lower grills.

I got to say i just dont share you're mat fetish :)

Anyway having now done a bit of research on the Bentley site it seems the grilles are an optional accessory, on any GT.

Be careful with the electric mirror switch DiamondMark. I managed to break one by twisting it a bit hard

Nice car! How are you finding the Bentley "wave of torque"?

Car drives lovely, traffic was terrible mind, so the wave of torque didnt really get going :)

Hydraulic bonnet struts, carpeted door bins and top quality mats and I'm a happy, happy man. I'm not alone.

Result on the grilles. I'll double check though, in case of shenanigans.

Enjoy the car squire.

Only you could get me checking the poxy grilles for chavness!

Door bins are carpet im almost certain, so is inside the armrest, i found a remote control thingy hiding in the passenger one too :)

I think the size and the sound deadening takes away some of the feeling, i managed 1 kick down today and it was MASSIVE, im just so paranoid driving at the moment.

You can map them to 600 hp i believe for the speed nutters out there.

On a sour note, the dick of a dealer that was buying my Cayenne has just phoned to say he has changed his mind, so i shall have to find a home for that next week.

I like that , waft speed :)

Tried any full bore's yet? :) In for a surprise even after a cayenne (was yours a turbo?)

My 06 blue Cayenne was a turbo, i had that mapped too, but this silver one is just an S, never liked this one much, i wont be sad to see it go.

I was only driving the Bentley a couple of hours before putting it in for the service and check up etc.

Im so paranoid about speeding at the moment i was driving like a pensioner, i did give it one good boot, and i was impressed, massive power.

Same as your Dads all be it with 2 less doors, you know how they take off dont you :)

Oh indeed, still possibly the most all out (in terms of a massive wave of) power i have ever felt in a car. Certainly feels better than a 911 Turbo to me :) The engine is just fantastic and surrounded by the bentley interior its the best car on the market as far as i am concerned. (well, bar the convertible for extra bling factor!)

I am a pretty big high end merc fanboy, but the big VAG beats them hands down for me :)

I dont think i could ever have a convertible, but if this one works out with my road not trashing it, i would get one like you're dads at some point though, the back seats in this one are useless.

Mind you i dont sit in the back :) My son was sickened its in for a service so he cant get his paws on it ;)
