Best 0% Credit card out at the mo

Ask egg for another card, I had a green and blue with them.

Don't do this.

You seriously need to sit down and think about this, you already have one maxed out, over limit credit card with a low limit, potentially you might get another low limit card and then what happens when that gets maxed out?

You are straying dangerously close to a downward spiral of credit my friend.

Ask egg for another card, I had a green and blue with them.

Your OP quiet clearly says you have an Egg card with £400 which is maxed out, so what's the real deal?

I'm not being arsey, I just want to help you and you are giving confliciting information.

Have you also got a confirmed cost for your insurance? You think it's around £500, what if you only get £500 limit and your insurance is more?

Also in your thread in motors it says you have too many outgoings this month, if you go down the credit card route, you must stick to repaying this back no matter what, otherwise 12 months down the line you will find you have next years premium to pay as well as the year you put on a credit card.

The point still stands though, many applications and entries on your credit file in a short space of time isn't a good thing.

My point was that is seems to be a common misconception that being "declined" is shown on your Experian file somewhere - it isn't. Your Experian file shows searches, but it doesn't show whether these resulted in approved / declined credit agreements.

Im not being funny on the critisism. But can I stress this card is for paying for my car insurance, which will be like £450 anyway.

When this has been paid for up front, the card will be payed off every month, just as I would if I bought my car insurance on monthly payments, only difference is ill be saving a lot more money if I pay it all in one payment as I wont be getting charged interest every month for the pleasure of credit from the insurance company, also no deposit up front, which suits me better.

There's one that gives you equivalent of 1% cashback, you get a voucher to use at ****.
