That's a tough one to answer so I won't.

My favourite bad guy in films actor is Michael Ironside. I like what he said about always playing the bad guy some decades ago, and I paraphrase....

He liked playing the bad guy because "the hero gets beaten up multiple times throughout a film but the bad guy only does at the end.".
