Stuck to Brahma for quite a while now. Admittedly I've never tried the fancy ales but I have a feeling they will not be to my taste. Strictly for posers I reckon

I'll give it a fair test though, maybe even tonight.

I bought some Goliath from Tesco last week, 600ml bottles for £1.44.
Not only did it have an ace label (Hand drawn warrior with a wolf) but it was a nice smooth ale to boot.

I find the Aldi hefeweiss special a bit bubbly compared to Franziskaner. Its not bad though, especially for £1.30 a bottle.

I could list so many bottles but probably my all time favourite is Schneider Aventinus (on draught at Zum Schneider, New York).

I'll just ignore all the rubbish replies in this thread and say King Cobra.

When in Spain, I love San Miguel brewed there, but the best bottled beer is King Cobra.

going to get some of this king cobra tonight how does it compare to the other cobra, also seen the flavourd stuff there doing now but fruity beer doesnt seem apealing to me
