best card for £200

hrm...lack of warranty on that would really concern me.

To be honest the 5800 series are great, but at higher resolutions having had a 5850 clocked to 875/1250 and a 6950 at stock, the 6950 is much much better- they are not quite as good a deal as they were though and will be noisier.

Hmm.... Lack of warranty. Did you read my post at all. BRAND NEW, FULL 2YR WARRANTY. It shouldn't be this difficult !!:)

Why is it that ati don't seem to have any decent warranties? I really like to see 4year + as thats generaly how long I keep my card. Typicaly I have a BFG card which used to have the best warranty money could buy and now they went bust and I have no warranty :(

It is only 6 months if you read the small print.

This is a far better deal IMO if you want an Nvidia solution

2 years and a better cooler but you are getting too close to 6950 prices.

For about £200 the best is this

id avoid the b grade personally.

if you upgrade often (<2yrs) id get the 5850 and put the £60 to one side for your next upgrade.

if you want a card that will last as long as possible for your £200 get the 5870 for £190.

WTF!! That warranty said two years in the description and has been changed to six months. Been posting all over what a great buy this card was and then Ocuk change the details. Pretty shady Ocuk and do you mind explaining why the warranty is reduced from 2yrs to 6 months on a new card.
