Best Command & Conquer game

I've just noticed there are a few C&C games going cheap on Steam:

Red Alert 3
Red Alert 3: Uprising
Tiberian Twilight
Kane's Wrath
Tiberium Wars


They're £3.74 each. Which would you recommend?


Not sure if it makes a difference but I've only played through the first C&C.

I know its not there but I had a lot of fun with Generals
 
Of those, I would go for the original RA3. However, all the RA3 sequels have some good features. RA4 isn't as bad as people make it out to be and at less than £4 is worth a try too.

Personally I've always like C&C Generals and its expansion the best...


[Edit: Someone beat my post by a few seconds, but its interesting that they recommend Generals too. If you do get generals best to get it in the C&C First Decade compilation, as its very cheap and you get all the other early games at the same time.]

out of them C&C3, dont know why people dont reccomend it more, its just like old school C&C with updated graphics. stay away from C&C4, other than that you cant go wrong with any of them.
 
If you get Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, then you can complete that.
Once that's completed download the Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath Expansion, which continues the story and gives you loads more to play with.

Red Alert 2 is by far one of the best, but it's dated now, and the graphics are also dated. Command & Conquer 4 Tiberium Twilight? I'd give it a huge miss, it's not like the old versions at all, and if you're a fan of C&C you'll be very disappointed.

there all good apart from Tiberian Twilight unless u run out of things to do don't play it

My self i would play them in order that way your going from worst graphics to better ones =] btw you get the first games for free now has EA allowed it Command And Conquer And Red Alert
it would take some work to get them to work with Win7 but there worth every min =]
