Best Component Store

OcUK have my vote. Their customer service has improved significantly over the last few years. No longer a nightmare to return a faulty or unwanted item.

Thought its not the truth at all, OcUK is not the most expensive.

I think what you meant to say OcUK is not always the cheapest, which of course is true.

As previously we stated we have our deals, competitors have their deals, we are sometimes the cheapest, sometimes we are not, it all depends if the product you are looking for is something we are doing a deal on or have decided to be very aggressively priced on.

If we were the most expensive like you say, the company would not be growing in revenue each year as it has done. :)
 
Only things i find to be consistently 'expensive' on OcUK compared to the other main component stores is CPU's,everything else its win some,lose some.Plus the free delivery makes more oftne than not makes up the price difference if there is one!

I saved at least £100 on shipping this year :D

TBH there are a lot of good retailers there that provide good healthy competition and offer a different selection of products.

Apart from Scan.

Seriously though. It's an honest vote. We're letting people know it exists. How anyone votes is down to the experience they have had. If it's been good with OcUK, brilliant, we hope it has been. If you've had good experience elsewhere, great, we're glad to hear that too, we don't want anyone to have a bad experience buying PC components anywhere, because that's just bad for the industry. Help other poptential component buyers know so they can make that informed choice.

Yes huge amounts actually. :)

Were taking note of what forum members have said they dislike and will make some changes in the future, but were actually getting emails from customers stating how they love it.

Also year on year business for November is higher than last year, by a considerable amount and our website traffic is increasing. Since we launched the mobile version in December traffic is booming and the mobile site has only had positive feedback so far, infact it is so good no one on the forum has made a thread about it to complain. :D

Our old site was technically broken and not keeping up with the time, the new site fixes the technical issues, the design aspect we can improve to please all with time. :)
 
Our pricing is always competative and thats the key.

On some things we are the least expensive too for sure. We have deals designed to bring great priducts that our customers want often at crazy pricing.

With OCUK you get great service all the time!! end of!!
