if you need something thats fast and defrags files bigger then 50mb on Vista and windows7, Auslogics Disk Defrag is Very fast as it only consolidates the files (if its fragmented looks for the first part of free space it can fit the file into with out fragmenting the file and put its there),
i use it all the time when i come to an windows vista PC as some systems i come to are Very heavily fragmented and windows does not auto defrag Big file (unless you use command line to set the Flag but tis only One time defrag flag) but Auslogics Disk Defrag is good to just get every file out of an fragmented state very fast as it will not touch an none fragmented files (most defrag softwares rearrange files even if not fragmented {free space defrag})
at least on windows 7 it gives you feedback on what it is doing as you know how far you got left to do on it, on windows vista all you get is an spinning blue circle not very usefull on time left
