Best enclosure

I am about to buy 2 enclosures. But I am lost as there are so many. So you experts, which is the best for a 250gb hd? (around £25)!!

Quite like the Icy Box (USB + Firewire) myself. The one with the pretty blue lights is cool...

Anything that doesn't have a fan in it. The first one I bought had a 25mm cooling fan in the front and it's got the most annoying high pitched whine. Suffice to say it got the boot fairly quickly.

Great it looks like an Icy Box then. But which one? Please? I am not being lazy but so many stores sell them I am lost for thebest bargain.

Icy Box External Enclosure IB-351UE-B-BL Firewire + USB Combo - Black/LED (CA-006-BT), but it's showing out of stock with 1-3 days before new stock. Depends how much of a hurry you're in!

I was just about to ask the same question!

Is it easy to switch between hard drives inside, and is it just decent for IDE, or are SATAs fine too?
