Totally agree. If you have a PS3, you have to have this. If you dont have a PS3, get one. :)
 
Arcade:

Ez2Dancer - prefer this to DDR and Pump It Up, even though I played DDR first. Shame I have to travel to East Asia just to play this!
Para Para Paradise: 2nd Mix - PS2 version doesn't have some songs, hardly anybody plays this now
Bishi Bashi - so much fun with three players
Percussion Master (Taiwan version)

Street Fighter 2: CE
Street Fighter Alpha 3
X-Men vs Street Fighter
Marvel vs Capcom - spent so much time playing this at Namco Wonderpark (long closed down :()


Gameboy:

Tetris - link mode is the best!
Super Mario Land - the tunes are awesome


NES:

Double Dragon 2
Super Mario Bros 3 - better than 1 and 2 IMO


Gamecube:

Mario Party 4


Sega Gamegear:

Crystal Warriors


Don't really have a single favourite title TBH
 
FFVII on PSone.

Madden on all of them and Pro Evo on the last gen consoles were the ones I always went back to.

Zelda on Wii is a very good game, but there is so much open space in them all these days with nothing to do except easy fights that provide no bonus.

Always have about 10 saves of this to be honest, the series is always full of surprises. If they don't die they leave the party for days.
 
Midtown Madness 2 on Windows

that game was amazing back in the day, the fun we used to have on the old msn gaming zone, played god knows how many hours of bus wars and roof wars.

Fallout 3 with DLC, as said before it has huge world to explore, numerous enemies, great atmosphere and it doesn't have all the things that make other RPGs rubbish! though i must confess i play Fallout 3 exclusively on PC for the vastly superior visuals ;)

Killzone II, the best FPS i have played on any platform that i can remember, the visuals are such a leap beyond anything else on the consoles, the story is reasonable, the characters (except a few) are good, the atmosphere is light years ahead of any other FPS. some of the firefights are spectacular to take part in and i can't wait for Killzone 3.
