I monitored it lastnight whilist playing swtor for about 2hours max temp reached 61-62 so as gaming goes temps are fine it's only when shown stress from prime 95 it seems temps go high.
I spoke to oc and they say the temps are fine and under prime 95 load should sit between 82-87 so will do a test tonight but on second thoughts I think should I just leave it alone as under gaming which I use it for temps are fine....

ahhh gaming temps look absolutely fine, what you could do is run prime for a while, an hour or so, but stay clsoe by and keep an eye on the temps, if they do stay in or around the 80ºc mark then everything is probably fine.
I was only concerned because of how quickly the cpu jumped to 81ºc on prime.
reading your 2nd post again i see your idle temps are perfectly fine, so this may be normal behaviour for these chips, as i say i dont have any hands on experience of the SB chips so don't be taking my advice as gospel!!
have a read through some of the threads on the ocing&cooling section to see what other SB users are getting temp wise
edit: oh and don't be stressing yourself too much, i'm sure all is fine-don't forget to enjoy your system
