my neighbours complain about this game... by God it's loud when your inside the ME109, sounds just like the real fighter, i have the first game; i dont have this second one, i must get it though, because it has the awesome P51D Mustang

Stunt Car Racer on the Amiga
Kick Off Amiga
Microprose Soccer A bunch of us used to meet up and play this every night at a mates Grandma's for yonks, always remember one mate, Knocker (RIP), would move his feet and try kick a ball in heated moments. :D

To name the top 3 games I'd go for:

Unreal Tournament 99
Age of Empires 2
World of Warcraft (in the old days - it's now ruined)


After that I'd have to go with all the classic console games like mario 64, goldeneye, MGS, THPS2 etc.
 
Either SWG, as a BH hunting player Jedi or EVE Online which I put some 4 years into. EVE is complex but if given the time it is very rewarding.
