Reason I chose the Liverpool one is because it was against a better keeper, he had less (meaning no) touches and he was further out :)
 
Why are people putting Beckham's lob in the top 3? Yes it was good, but it's been done better before, and since. It's only because it's Beckham that it got the coverage it did.

Anyway, my top three are.....

3. Zidane's volley in the Champions League final (against Valencia?), superb technique.
2. Shearer vs Everton, best struck volley I've ever seen
1. Bobby Carlos vs France, best free-kick ever, no question

Bayer Laverkusen.
And ive seen better volley's than zidanes, an shearers was a hit and hope thrash.
 
ill have to think about this one.

Zidanes volly was superb but ive seen better, what i think makes it better is that it was in a champions league final. Also if u look at a proper angle of it, look how high the ball was in the air, he had to wait and time his volley, boy did he time it well....

shearers was a hit and hope, even he said usually those volleys end up in the top row of a stadium lol

Still a marvellous goal, still caught it sweetly and blasted it into the top corner.

Zidanes was top quality whether you've seen better or not. Fact is, it was on his weaker foot (if he has one), it was dropping like a stone, he hit it exactly where he wanted and it ended up exactly where he'd meant it.

Not only that, but it was in the perfect setting, the final of best Cup in the world.

I told you the second he hit it he didnt mean it even as the ball left his foot!! he meant that shot to just fly at the goal as hard as he could hit it which is Real's want when they are around the box same as brazil do, they just lash it in and get the rebounds or deflections.
But there you go, the question asked is best goal ever, they arnt three of them.

2: Van Basten You know the one
3: One of the ones Ronaldo scored in the clips Jazz uploaded before cant remember who against but he picked up the ball before the halfway line beat about 6 men including forcing his way between 2 of them which tried to sandwich him and scoring For Barcelona BTW.

that maradona goal against england was possibly the greatest ever imo, his goal after taking on most of the england players wasnt too bad either ;) :p

u gotta admit the way the hand of god came down and put the ball in was superb :p

1. Muzzy Izzet vs Grimsby Town, scisser kick
2. Dennis Bergkamp vs Leicester City, 3rd goal to complete what must be one of the greatest hattricks ever
3. Ade Akinbiyi vs Villa, never seen a player so happy to score. if you thought pierce's reaction when he scored that penalty was good, you didn't see this :)
