Find a local Oriental supermarket and just work through their selection, see which one you personally like best. They cost so little anyway.
I have a few I like but don't know the name of some and can't even read the names of the others. I just shop by picture!!
Pick up some cans of pearl milk tea, though. That stuff is yummy!!
get out. the broth is the best part. plus salt is good for you in moderation however was just making aware for anyone with high blood pressure or high salt intake.
i tried eating "healthy" noodles by companies like kabuto, etc. they were terribly expensive and tasted crap. what they need to do is get the noodles from kabuto and the spice mix from shin cup and mate them together. also they could easily reduce the sodium not as if you can taste it over the chilli.
I like to add:
Thinly sliced beef steak
shiitake mushrooms
mange toute
tender stem broccoli
bean sprouts
coriander
mint
Thai basil
spring onion
bird's eye chili
And serve with some spring rolls on the side. (Satay dip)
