Best low usage sim only contract?

My GF is finally looking to get her own phone that works over here. She wants an iPhone 5 and buying it outright and adding a sim only card is going to be the cheapest way (she can claim VAT back on the phone :mad:

).

What are the best deals out there at the moment, she just needs a few mins and texts and a reasonable amount of data. Either year contract or rolling monthly. Quidco can also be factored in.

The giffgaff £10 deal looks the best at the moment, however do they do nano sims? I'd like to swear clear of iPhone tariffs because they always seem to be more expensive, even on sim only, but is getting a nano sim going to force us onto one?

Depending on the signal in your area, Virgin offers basically the same tariff for the same price (sans tethering). No free calls/texts inside the network however.

Three - 200 mins, 5000 texts, 500mb, £6.90 pm. Depends on whether 500mb will be enough

If it's very light usage check out Ovivo. £15 setup fee, free thereafter, for 150 mins, 150 texts, 400MB of data.
