Best movie twists?

The Usual Suspects has the best twist ever imo, at the end I was just staring at the screen in shock.

The problem with the film is that once you know the twist it isn't as interesting and even knowing there is a twist rather ruined it for me as I was looking out for it. A friend once proposed you should be legally allowed to kill anyone who ruins the twist for you, I think that is pretty fair. ;)

Memento was reasonable in this regard although I doubt I'll trouble myself to watch it again for a long while.

Prestige
Saw
Seven
Oldboy
Usual Suspects

Out of the above i watched Saw & Prestige in the cinema, was nearly sick when the Prestige twist(s) were revealed -nearly sick because they were done so well

also, any scooby doo cartoon episode has an impossible twist :p, darn them pesky kids

The Others (somehow didn't see that coming), Identity.

I saw that 'twist' coming about half way through the film!... I was soo bored at that point, I jumped to the end and said to the wife (who'd guessed it too and was just as bored!) "Yep We Were Right!!" thankfully didn't have to sit through the rest of the film!.. :p

the village and dark city are films which totally surprised me .

The village was the biggest pile of garbage I've ever seen tbh. M Night Shenanigans sucks mostly.

How is "wow we live in a forrest and its not like 1600AD its actually present day, but we never worked it out" a good plot twist?

I half guessed it near the end and then when you see her bunk the fence onto the road I was really ****** that I had wasted 2 hours of my life.

Worst plot twist.....eveeer!

because the film questioned the nature of reality, and it made me question the reality we live in today to the extent of realising that our beliefs we hold shape our future and our lives.

the film portrayed a microcosmic version of the real world we live in, everyone getting on with there little lives and not seeing the bigger picture,

i think the film was symbolic , a representation , i think it represents how blind we are as a race, and how controlled we are to fears being synthesized by a higher hierarchy.

there was a clear message in it, you just had to have noticed it.

a rubbish movie - but a hilarious twist at the end

the mist
you will know what im talking about if you can stand watching it
its the last 10 minutes - it thought it was funny - just for the incredibly bad timing

Heist - that's got a bunch of really good twists in it.

Knowing the ending doesn't spoil it for me as it's still very enjoyable as a film in itself. What really got me was that the whole thing is just one great big lie told by Verbal yet I still get sucked in every time I watch it.
