Best Music Player?

MusicMatch, check. Really didn't like that actually. iTunes, check. RealPlayer, check.

Always been a fan of Winamp ever since I discovered it. I'm interested as to how you got K-Lite Mega working. I installed it so that WMP10 could run more files, just so I could see if I prefered it to VLC. Well WMP10 ran pretty well but Winamp just went crazy, so out went K-Lite Mega/WMP10.

I can't remember the Box's I ticked at install!... All I can remember is it was quite a lot!!!... I'm using Version 1.51 (I think) and the only problem I've found in Winamp is one of my Skins (D-Reliction) throws a flid and crashes winamp!... I just use Avalon .. no problems then!...

Granted I have upgraded winamp (to v5.21) since!!... Only wanted K-Lite for Real/Quick Alternative in one package!!..

Cheers for that. I can't remember what I ticked either. It was only a few weeks ago, but before 5.2/5.21 so I might try again but to be honest I hardly use WMP10 so I might as well nlite WMP10 out and nlite VLC in.

I didn't have problems with skins or anything like that, it was a playback issue. My mp3s just wouldn't play properly at all, was quite worried until I realised I had recently installed the codec pack.

i like my stripped down winamp 5.21 :)

only able to play mp3's

I want Banshee on Windows, but its Linux only :( (Too integrated with Gnome)
Gotta admit to using Realplayer, but only because I deal with a lot of .rm videos

Nice one. How did you modify this? I'd like to mess around with some of my apps to put into an nlite install. One app I want to modify is Winamp. Can you tell me exactly what you did to get from original Winamp 5.21 to your modded version? I've looked on the nlite forums and I can see the switches you need but I can't find out how to actually use them in the process you need to make them nlite ready.

Get 'Realplayer Alternative' then!!!... Absolutly no Spyware or System hogging guff!!!... Much better than Full Realplayer!!...

Trouble with that is that there is nothing with the library feature supporting these files.
There is no spyware, just a load of junk adds which can easily be fixed with a quick hosts file edit.
Anyone with something that can play .rm files & add them to the library, please step forward (Banshee windows binary please :D )
