Best phone atm?

One of my mates got himself an HTC Touch Cruise a few weeks back. He said it's the best PocketPC device he's ever tried - but he still sent it back after less than a week. The whole thing just wasn't as responsive as his iPod Touch (and therefore, an iPhone) and he ended up getting frustrated with it!

I was awaiting his response before seeing whether to go for a Touch Cruise or an iPhone, and I picked the iPhone, and it's by far the best phone I've ever used. Granted the camera isn't as good as my K800i was, but it trounces it in every other department!
 
i also come to the conclusion that a good camera in a phone is pointless.

I have a N95, and the amount of times i used the camera can be counter in 1 hand, and even thou it is better, it is way short of any proper camera quality. You can still tell it is a phone photo, plus it is so thick it just doesn't go into any trousers pockets easily.

No doubt the N95 is feature packed but is it my favourite? nope, the iphone is.
 
ended up with the tytn 2 from t-mobile, flashed it and added the touch FLO Cube application so all is good. all the features of the cruise with the added bonus of a qwerty keyboard :)

best thing if anyone wants a phone is to go into the shop and barter... i got £40 off the price of my phone just for saying i was unsure LOL

Im the opposite to you, I use my camera on a daily basis which makes my N95 8Gb the best option for me.:)
