I tried Lucky Buddha beer, that I found in Home Bargains, it's brewed in China with rice. I thought it would be a bit of a novalty but actually it's really good. They also often have Budweiser Budvar, at a sensible price.

At the moment I'm quite quite keen on Steinhausen, from Aldi. It's not award winning but it's £4.50 for 6 330ml bottles, it's brewed in Germany so doesn't have an rubbish in. Certainly better then most of the typical 'continental' lagers that are actually brewed under license in Britain.
