best sim-only deals

Im with TMobile 12M SIMO on an iP4 and its only £7.50 as its a half price deal thats soon to expire so looking at a replacement network. Main reason I like this as it still provides me with the old Android 3Gb allowance and as its directly bought from TMobile I get the max speeds they allow; but from the talk here there seems to be other providers given out faster speeds, something that obviously interests me (though so does the allowance - I cant cope with 500Mb)

Any ideas? Obviously looking at comparable costs...

EDIT: Just noticed that Ive got a 'Capped Data Rate' Booster on my account?!? Speedtest app says my conn is 1.75MbpsD/0.4MbpsU - sound right?
For £7.50/£15 Im getting 600mins; Unlimited Texts and 3gb Data - think thats gonna be very hard to beat...

Speed will vary hugely...at home I get 6mbps download and 1.2 mbps upload, and about a quarter of that at work.

I'm currently on talkmobile, who use vodafone. They honestly seem so much faster across the board than orange ever were.

Or more specifically how long do three normally take to pay the money? Just looking for a really rough estimation, 1months? 3months? End of the contract period?

Most them are about 3 months.

Three pay Quidco or whoever the cashback company it, they then pay you. It's simple affiliate marketing, only the affiliate if giving you their referral fees.

Quidco are probably the most reputable of all the cashback companies.
 
Finally put some credit on giffgaff and took out the vodafone sin.
So far so good, great price, nice app and price updates if you wish.
Although O2 doesn't have as good 3G coverage as vodafone, the speed tests tell a different story and are actually very similar.
 
I took out a Three sim only deal for £10/pm (12 month contract) which includes 300 mins, 3000 texts and 1gb t'internets. If you use Quidco you will also get a chunk of cashback which makes it effectively around £5.50/pm.

EDIT: Just noticed you want a 30 day contract but you should seriously consider a 12 month one as they offer far better value for money.
