Best software to extend a windows 7 partition?

Hey guys.
I can't extend my windows partition as the option is greyed out in disk management software within windows.

What is the best free software / way, to extend my partition...

I am using a GUID partition table, in case that is relevant?

you should be able to do it using gparted on a linux live CD.

I've done it now with MiniTool Partition Wizard... worked a treat!
